Activity Hall Reservation

Our Activity Hall is available for community programs, meetings, classes, and special gatherings. Please review the guidelines below before submitting your reservation request.

How to Reserve

  • Submit the Reservation Request Form with your preferred date and time.
  • All bookings require administrative approval.
  • Once approved, your event will appear on the Community Calendar, showing available dates and time slots.
  • Please double-check the booked/pending dates to confirm that your requested time slots are still available
  • Hover over the booked dates to check the already reserved time slots

Requirements

  • Submit requests at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Include setup and cleanup time in your request.
  • Events must follow all community and facility guidelines.
  • The hall must be kept clean and returned to its original condition after use.

Fees

  • Community Event: No charge
  • Private Events: Organizations-$300 Individuals or families- $200 Pay Here
  • Additional charges for extra setup, equipment, or extended hours.

Cancellation/ Need Assistance?

  • Please send the cancel email 24 hours before your event so the slot becomes available for others
