NIS Sunday School Update

Dear NIS Sunday School Parents,
On behalf of the entire NIS Sunday School Teachers and Management Team I would like to give a very warm welcome to the 2021-2022 Students and family.

As we prepare for the first day of school this Sunday, I would like for each of you to take some time and discuss with your children why they will be attending Sunday school. As parents and educators, it is our duty to not just bring the light of Deen to our children’s minds but to also instill the seed of love for it in their hearts. Our focus here at NIS will be to do just that, for teaching our children and nourishing the love for Allah, Islam and its values in their hearts.
InshaAllah with the help and support from NIS Sunday school team and yourselves, we will build a strong NIS community, deeply engrained with the teachings of the Quran and our Beloved Prophet Mohammad SAW.
We welcome you to join us for the first day of school on 9/12 for a Student and Parent orientation.
The agenda is as follows:
10:00 am- Report to Assembly Room for an introduction to our team
10:30 am- One on One child screening ( 2-5 minutes with each teacher to understand Child’s level for each subject)
10:30 am-11:00am -Parent meet and greet and handbook review
11:30 am- Closing and Dismissal
We look very much forward to this school year with a great new team, location and the enthusiasm to grow into a wonderful NIS family.
